Default Advice For A Young Woman Interested In Starting Smoking

Advice For A Young Woman Interested In Starting Smoking

Pleasure is defined as enjoyment, satisfaction, fulfillment, gratification, delight, or contentment. These words describe smoking perfectly.

Smoking is a skill that needs to be learned. Plus its cool to smoke, everyone knows that. Smoking is sophisticated. It makes you look self assured. Smoking convinces everyone that you are interesting. Most smokers started when they are in their teens. I think you should too. You're a young girl maybe in high school and you are there to learn new things. So its time you learned to smoke. Its not that hard. I know you can do it. You just need to give it a try.

Young ladies, smoking is for grown ups, everyone knows that. Don't you want to be grown up? Don't you want to look sophisticated. Remember growing up takes time, so learning to smoke will take some time and effort.

Listen girls, I know you are interested in starting to smoke. You see all the popular girls at school smoking. Think how sexy you will look as you pull a long luxurious cigarette from your pack and light up sexily. I know you can do it. Smoking is fun and it will give you great pleasure. I know you want to be thin, beautiful, mysterious, independent, confident and provocative! Everyone knows that smoking keeps you thin. That's why models and dancers smoke. That's another reason why you should smoke. Smoking is extremely helpful in curbing one's appetite and boosting your metabolism. Smokers burn calories at a higher rate than non-smokers. So, if you are one to crave junk food, simply light up a cigarette. Smoking is also fashionable It will make you look hot. I know you want to try smoking. Don't miss out on the real taste and real pleasure that smoking will give you. But the important thing is that you must start. Don't be a afraid. I give you permission to start. I expect you to start smoking. I want you to start. I insist that you start!

Buy yourself a pack. Be sure to purchase a bic lighter (maybe a nice pink one) when you are out buying your first pack of cigarettes. Buying your first pack of cigarettes may seem like a daunting task with all the selection out there. Don't let this scare you from trying your first cigarette. As a new smoker, you will want to try out several different brands before settling on the one that best meets your desired taste. You may want to buy two packs the first time (one a menthol and non-menthol) so that you'll be able to compare them. But make sure they are 100's at least, as they look much more feminine.
You may not be ready for a 120, as you need to develop your skill more fully, before you
attempt have the finesse to smoke a 120.

If you want to learn to smoke, you have to try it. It's time to be bold and experience something new and exciting. Don't be afraid, it's not that hard to learn. After all you have already bought a couple packs and a lighter, the hard part is over. If you're a little nervous, ask a friend who smokes to teach you. They'll be thrilled to help you. If you have a friend that is curious, do it together! It will be fun to share the experience and encourage each other. Plus its fun to smoke with a friend.

Open your pack and pull a cigarette out. A cigarette is much like a straw insofar as you pull or suck something into you mouth with the straw. The difference with the cigarette, is that after you suck the smoke in, you will inhale the smoke by breathing it in. Your first cigarette may be a little unpleasant and may make you feel dizzy and maybe even a bit nauseous, so go slowly. Don't be discouraged, it will get better very soon. After all you are just learning. It takes a bit of time before you're successful. Be patient. Since this is your first time and just like with coffee or alcohol, don't expect to fully enjoy the taste the first time. You'll find out that your first puff was rather bitter, especially if you don't inhale. The inhale is absolutely the most important part of smoking. Many smokers who don't inhale are wasting their time and money. They just puff and that is not smoking. You must learn to inhale. Real smokers inhale. After all you want to look like you know what you're doing. If you're going to smoke you will want satisfaction from the experience.

So make sure you breath the smoke in deeply, holding it in your lungs for a few seconds. Put the cigarette to your lips. Exhale out of your nose. Pull (suck) on the cigarette, open your mouth, move the cigarette away, and inhale quickly, taking a full breath from your mouth. What's happening is that you're pulling the smoke into your lungs. It's as simple as that. Can you feel the fullness in your lungs? Feels good doesn't it? You have now learned how to inhale. You're off to flying start.

You should feel a rush of pleasure and your first instinct will be to do it again, but don't. You can have too much of a good thing and you will feel sick if you have to smoke too fast or too much. By inhaling you will find that it tastes much better and you will also feel the real effect. Can you feel the buzz. Maybe you feel a bit dizzy. That's good, that means you're doing it right. Its exciting, isn't it? Try another drag, but don't overdo it. Wait for a while , then try it again, slowly increasing the number of drags with each cigarette. As you progress you need to get the smoke down in your lungs in a large volume than a one-second drag will offer. So try to increase the length of your drag. Once you are able to get through a whole cigarettes, keep moving up by smoking more cigarettes each day. If you're up to it, have a cigarette as soon as you wake up in the morning. It's a great way to kick start the day. But you must give it a real try and get comfortable with it. Once you finish the first pack, go onto the second. Good girl, you're on your way.

Remember, cigarette smoking is an acquired taste like coffee. Don't give up if you don't enjoy your first few cigarettes. Be persistent! Enjoyment will come a little later, even after just a few packs. You'll get the hang of it by repetition and practice. .It takes time to become accustomed to smoking. Try different brands. Buy another pack, maybe a different brand to see what its like. If you find the taste of regular cigarettes harsh, consider switching to menthols. They have a nice taste of mint, and taste a little like peppermint candy. Menthol cigarettes are a good choice for beginners because the added menthol provides a cooling sensation in the lungs. When you are first learning to inhale, the menthol comforts your throat and is much easier to inhale deeply.

Soon you'll need another pack, see already its getting easier, isn't it? You're still learning, so keep trying, pack after pack until you find the cigarette that you really enjoy and one that fits your new image. It may take a while, so you will have to put some effort into it. As you become more accustomed to smoking, try taking a longer pulls, but remember to hold the smoke in your lungs every time. You'll have to practice each and every day repeatedly. Keep increasing the number of cigarettes you smoke each day. This will help increase your smoking pleasure. Practice! Practice! Practice. You're learning to smoke, that is your objective. See I told you that it would get easier. And its getting better and better. You're really doing well.

You're now starting to feel the flood of pleasure and pure satisfaction as you are now taking larger and larger drags. Now you are holding the smoke in, longer and longer, feeling the fullness and warmth in your lungs. Hold the smoke in your lungs for about three seconds and then exhale slowly, blowing the smoke out with a nice long plume. This will make sure your body gets the full benefits/effects of smoking. You will find it very relaxing! Feel the pleasure wash over your body. You like it. I know you do. Keep going, you are making amazing progress.

Watch in amazement, as you exhale a long thick plume of smoke upwards. You may want to take a look at yourself in a mirror, to see how sexy you look. Now you are really smoking, inhaling deeply, and its starting to taste marvellous. Inhaling every drag as deeply as you can will deepen your enjoyment and appreciation for cigarettes. If you are taking long full drags, small tendrils of smoke will come out of your nose naturally. You may even want to try exhaling through your nose. It may tickle the first time. But its a good way of holding the smoke longer in your lungs, and its as natural as breathing.

You are now experiencing true tobacco taste along with pure pleasure. Try having a coffee with your cigarette. It's a great way to begin your day! You will soon find that the taste of cigarettes pairs well with coffee. Just delicious. You'll also find that a cigarette after a meal is very satisfying. And if you're old enough, try an alcoholic beverage of your choice. Smoking and drinking is a perfect combination.

You'll be needing another cigarette soon, and each cigarette will give you that real full flavored taste. You start looking forward to your next cigarette, and that's what's called a craving. It's that little voice in your head that says "Why not have a cigarette". The next cigarette will "give" you that feeling of relief and satisfaction each and every time. You're smoking is improving. Cravings mean you're making great progress and you will be on your way to becoming an accomplished smoker.

Buy another pack. You are growing up and your smoking is growing with you. You are progressing. The more you smoke, the more your enjoyment will increase. After all, isn't real pleasure the point? Your desire to smoke will slowly develop. You are maturing and progressing into a smoker. You're rebellious, cool, chic, sexy, and confident.

Since you've made such progress, you may want to be really adventurous and buy yourself a pack of 120's, menthol if that is your preference. Virginia Slims are popular, Misty's are a little less expensive or maybe even Saratoga's if you want a full flavored cigarette. Watch as men's heads turn, as you light up one of those long luxurious and stylish cigarettes. Men love women who are risk takers. Smoking a longer cigarette is provocative and puts you in the spotlight which brings you attention that you deserve.

That first cigarette of the day will become your favorite, as you light up and inhale deeply. It just feels soooo good. Your cravings are getting stronger and need to be satisfied. Remember when I mentioned real pleasure and real taste, well now you are smoking "for real". Relieving your cravings is the best part of smoking. Its like scratching an itch. It just feels so wonderful. I see the enjoyment on your face as you give your body what it needs. The number of cigarettes you smoke, slowly increases each day. Upwards it grows. You are progressing as I expected. And soon your habit will be grown up. You now are longing for that next cigarette. It just feels so good to satisfy that need. You get frantic when you haven't smoked for a while. That's good, it means that your next cigarette will really hit the spot Make sure you always have a spare pack in your purse so that you will never run out.

If you are still living with your parents, it's time to tell them that you have started smoking. Don't you want total freedom to smoke whenever you want? After all they always wanted you to act more mature. It will be a little awkward, but I'm sure they will understand. After all smoking isn't illegal.

Don't give them any idea how much you are smoking, as they may totally freak out. They'll understand as you explain to them, how much you like to smoke and that you don't smoke that much. If they continue to resistant, be honest and tell them you now need to smoke, that you are past the point of no return.

Now that you have come out, you can start buying your cigarettes by the carton, after all its much less expensive that way since you are now smoking more and more each day. Notice that now when you wake up in the morning the first thing you think of is how nice it would be to have a cigarette. Throughout the day again and again you reach for your cigarettes. Your hands tremble slightly as you hungrily light up your twentieth cigarette of the day. And of course the last cigarette of the day before you go to bed has become a must, achieving that relaxing calm and satisfying feeling one more time. Its total bliss.

You now love smoking. You love the sensation and the taste and basically the whole smoking process. You have developed a distinctive elegant style. You and your smoking have finally grown up. You are now a mature young woman who is slim, sexy, and confident. I told you smoking would keep your weight down. You are now experiencing real smoking pleasure. There's no turning back now. I knew that you would enjoy it. You would want it. Its satisfying and fulfilling. You have now developed a hunger to smoke regularly throughout the day experiencing frequent and almost continual urges to smoke. You now need to smoke. You have accomplished your quest. You're now a smoker. Your lungs and body demand to be filled with that rich, thick, luscious, creamy smoke. Cigarettes have now taken control over you. You now depend on them. You smoke when you are sad, when you are angry, when you are happy, when you are lonely. They are your constant friend and companion and will always be there for you. Just surrender to your desire. Resistance is futile. You're hooked. Admit it. After all you don't really have any other choice. It's a bit scary, I know. But just "embrace" it. Just remind yourself, how good it feels to relieve that itch. You honestly love it, every single and last drag feels amazing. You like watching the long thick plumes of smoke coming out of your pouting lips as you exhale, knowing that every time you are further committing your body to smoking. Your cigarettes are a part of you, an important part, one of the biggest parts of your life. You go to sleep with your pack of cigarettes, lighter beside you. Your cigarettes go everywhere with you. Where ever you go, whatever you are doing, whoever you are with, when you need to smoke, you will smoke, that’s it, nothing else matters. You can't and you wont even try to live without them. Being a smoker is part of who you are, one of the biggest parts. Smoking has become a part of your life as natural as breathing, eating, and sleeping.

Smile One thing I didn't know

I've just come back on to read the above awesome post again. One thing I never knew was that smoking keeps your wait down. Amazing! But my friends do say I live on another planet! There is so much that means something to me in the post but if staying slim was the only reason to smoke that would be enough for me. I'm actually Anglo-Indian. My Mother is all Indian and home-cooks, but is a non-smoker, so her weight has gone on over the years and it is a worry for me that I will go the same way. Six months ago I was still quite skinny but I'm beginning to notice the pounds go on now. In a short space of time my favourite leather trousers have gone too small for me! I would have worn them to a party tonight but noooo chance. If this is the push I need to smoke properly then I'm going for it. I want to be wearing those trousers again..........maybe in 3 months? We'll see.

Default Difficult day

So not a good day but was to be expected I guess. My own fault. Today was my first day of getting serious about taking up smoking. For around 3 years I've been trying it off and on but either not inhaling properly or, if I did, I made myself ill. That's what happened today. Just the 2 ciggies today but too many drags off each and too much smoke taken in I reckon. The excitement of lighting up is so great I can't hold back. Each time I found myself having to curl up on the bed with a cold sweat and the certain feeling that I was about to die! Just about got myself together to go out to a party now. Will be easier on myself tomorrow.

Thanx for reading.

Default An update

Hi. I've no idea whether anyone reads my posts but it helps me to write things down anyway. Best of all I would like to chat with an understanding smoker but I see registration isn't possible so I can't get into the chat room. Not sure whether the links to vids at the top of the page are quite what I need and you tube 'help to smoke' vids just don't inspire me from what I've found so far.

Well everything may be coming together for me just the same. My parents are away in India for 2 weeks through family illness so I can smoke in the house.....yippee! I had a few days notice that my parents were leaving me alone for awhile so I'd got the ciggies and lighter in and had been scouring the internet for advice. Not having a friend who smokes has been a bummer so it's down to me. I've been impeccably behaved for my 18 years I would say but now this is my time to change. Breakout HaHa!!! As a person I'm changing both physically and in my head. Smoking has interested me since my first puffs around 3 years ago. I never used to understand why this was but now it's all coming together in my mind. For all the reasons in Harry's awesome post I have to try this.

Last night I was at a party and deliberately spent time outside with the smokers. Moving among'st them and breathing in the second hand smoke was a real turn on. I felt so adult and part of the group. I kept hoping someone would offer me a cigarette but nobody did. It was quite dark outside and at one point a lady left a butt smoking in a tray and, when nobody was looking, I picked it up and took it in to the shadows and took a long drag. I've no idea what brand she smoked but WOW was it strong! Two seconds later my head spun round in shock! I thought that I would end up feeling sick again but no I was ok.

Today I've woken up with a sore head after drinking too much but that's another story. As for the cigs I've taken a couple of drags at roughly hourly intervals and not felt unwell although a voice inside of me keeps screaming at me to take a chance and smoke a whole ciggie. I can't remember being both so nervous and so excited. Why does my hand shake when I open the pack and smell the tobacco? Then shake even in more when I light up?It's insane!

Sharmista - keep us up to date, especially on if you get back into those leather trousers! Any pics of course incredibly welcome. I love hearing how it's something you want to do but are reconciling as you go. Stick with it, you'll come to really enjoy it.

Default Thanx

Thank you so much ardybie for the comments. I wasn't sure if I should've been posting on this site as it seems seriously adult if you know what i mean? But it's an adult site and i'm an adult now so i need to embrace these things I guess. So good to have your support. I actually read your post before going to bed last night after I had inhaled almost a whole ciggie and keeled over not feeling too good. Your encouragement came at the right time. Yep I'll get into those leaather trousers again and sooner rather than later i'm hoping. I've hardly eaten for 4 days what with the bad head and too much partying but hey!

I've decided to hit the shops later and update my wardrobe. What with mother being away and all it's a good time to shop for things that I want and not have someone telling me what to buy. Freedom!!! It's also a chance to be seen smoking in public but I dont want to get sick away from home so Ive saved a couple of half smoked cigs from this morning so I dont get carried away. I just need to know what it feels like to be watched lightin up and so on. I'm freeked out but has to be done sometime. As for the inhaling I'm still uber excited every time I open the packet and get to light up but the thrill subsides with each drag which still seems wrong but what do I know? Is this normal? Am I normal? Probably not haha!!! I would love to know how long things will take to improve or will it ever?

Default Good day yesterday

Went shopping in town yesterday partly to spend money (not like me lol) but also because I wanted to light up in public for the first time. Important to me. Oh and I wanted to stock up on smokes. I had a real buzz on me when I got off the bus. I found a quiet spot and lit up facing the wall. Wow was that scary but I got it done and headed off. It was like the whole world was watching me and I kinda ended up inhaling while looking down at my feet which isn't easy. At one point I know this lad was eyeing me up and it made me feel really cool. I couldn't stop smiling inside. My first pack has gone now and I'm well into my second. I'm feeling confident to speed things a bit. I havn't been sick for 2 days is it now? The smoke doesn't always go down properly I can tell but on other occasions I can feel it deep in my lungs. Practise as Harry says. I wish someone in school had pressured me to start years ago. I'd be a pro by now but better late than never. My mother is one for going along with things for an easy life so if I'd reacted like that then.....ah well. Down to me now.
